What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and the name you give us. As you use SalesBird we store your favourite brands, the items you watch, the stores you track, and which product links you click. We don't collect payment details — purchases happen on the retailer's own site, never on SalesBird.
How we use it
To show you relevant sales, and to send the emails you asked for: sign-in links, sale digests, and alerts on items you watch. We only email addresses that have been verified by clicking a sign-in link, and every digest and alert includes a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with retailers. Product links may be affiliate links, which tell the retailer a click came from SalesBird — they don't include your identity.
Access and deletion
You can see and change everything we hold about you from your account. To have your account and data deleted, email us and we'll action it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
